Hi everyone I have a new game idea! Thought it would be best to start planning early and get my game idea out there!! I’m sure there are similar ideas that might have already been done on other platforms, but so far I think this story hasn’t been done yet on itch.

Synopsis:

Lillian Nocturne is a popular V-kei vocalist from the disbanded group ‘Labyrinthe de Lumière’, she's on a new journey with Fleur Society. As she's interviewed, fans can't help but wonder if she's dating or would consider dating a fan. 

Lillian's dedication to music hasn't left much room for romance, but now she must navigate the feelings of her bandmates, her butler, her best friend, and even a former bandmate from Labyrinthe de Lumière, who might have some feelings for her?! 

Inspiration:

Yesterday I was thinking about the topic of bands disbanding. Because it’s always interesting to me, knowing what truly happen between bandmates. And what happens to everyone after they part ways, whether its on good terms or bad terms. To be honest, I was also thinking about the plot of the Nana manga, I caught up with it long ago and it’s story which may have influenced me too!

At the same time I keep coming back to listening to old school Visual-Kei^^ After doing some research I noticed how most groups are either entirely male or female, but of course they dress however they like^^

Lucifer Luscious Violenoué is one of the few female vocalists in groups with male bandmates. This seems to be extremely rare in the v-kei scene. I love how low her voice sounds and the way she dresses androgynous/masculine.

I will be honest that I quite like bifauxnen type characters in anime and would love to see more of them as a protagonist! I liked Utena and Oscar François de Jarjayes / Lady Oscar! (So I have to make my female protagnist like this lol)

I really liked when 1970s/1980s gothic rock and post-punk emerged! The sounds are quite unique, which help me decide what time setting my game is set around^^
